当研究室で解析を進めているSphingobium sp. SYK-6株等の細菌を中心とした、細菌によるリグニン由来化合物の細胞内への基質輸送、代謝経路、酵素・遺伝子、遺伝子の転写制御に関するこれまでの知見をまとめた総説2編、微生物のリグニン分解能を利用したリグニンの有効利用の現状についてまとめた総説、そしてこれまでに掲載された全論文を以下に示します。
